Beckman Research Institute MRI

*An ongoing project* The Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology has a large imaging capacity for various needs. Bruker is building 9.4T MRI. IQC was awarded the contract with the University of Illinois to enable the delivery of the MRI, create RF Shielding for the function of the MRI and laboratory needs for various experimentation. The project is ongoing with an expected completion date in August.

Check Out The Newest Work From The Edward J Hines VA Hospital

Formerly a Starbucks, this room at Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital added a needed CT machine to the Radiology department. New lead shielding in the walls, doors and window shield the adjacent spaces from radiation. New medical gases were brazed through active hospital spaces from the main riser to the ceiling above the CT.
